New Rules Guidance

New rules guidance including the rules CWNA will not be adopting. 
Reminder for Umpires on New Rules: When the ball goes out of court  
‘The umpire still needs to say ‘out of court, throw in, and the team that is awarded the throw in’. This is the guidance from England Netball.​
