□Player Code of Conduct
- Respect officials, opponents and teammates.
- Know and follow the rules of netball.
- Play competitively without aggression.
- Accept umpiring decisions during play.
- Clarification should be requested through the captain at half-time or full-time.
- Offensive language, gestures, retaliation and unsporting behaviour are not acceptable.
- Return the ball promptly and stand correctly when penalties are set.
- Accept victory modestly and defeat graciously.
- Shake hands before and after the match.
- Follow England Netball’s Social Media and Safeguarding policies.
- Wear appropriate team kit and safely secured head coverings. Peaked caps are not permitted.
□Warnings & Disciplinary Records
If a player receives a warning, suspension or ordering-off, both umpires must complete the reverse of the result form. The record will remain on file with the committee for two years.
